Installation Procedures
Each manual details the specific installation or “hook-up” procedures to your vehicle. Specifically, all units must be attached with a hitch pin and u-bolt. The proper installation of these can be found in our user installation videos on our product page or our YouTube channel (LINK HERE). Customers are responsible for vehicle compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to all lighting Regulations (see FMVSS 108) and all rearview visibility requirements (see FMVSS 111).
Operating Procedures (Warning)
Each unit must be maintained and operated in accordance with the manuals provided by LiftGator. At no time will the unit be used for human or wheelchair lifting, it is designed for material handling only. The unit will be inspected before each use. If a fault is found, do not use the liftgate system and contact LiftGator immediately for repair instructions. Modification to the liftgate system can cause serious damage or injury. If the unit is modified then the warranty and liability is no fault of LiftGator but the party that performs the modifications.

Possession of our price list does not constitute an offer to sell. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing is available from your LiftGator representative.
Minimum Advertised Price
Suggested Retail price listed above is Minimum Advertised Price.
Payment Terms
For open account status to be granted, a LiftGator credit application must be completed and approved prior to the shipment of any orders on credit terms. All other orders must be prepaid prior to shipping. Open account terms are 3% Cash (credit card payments excluded), Net 30 days from date of invoice. An interest rate of 1-1/2% per month will be charged on all past due accounts. Past due accounts will be placed on credit hold until all balances are current. Credit extended is at the sole discretion of LiftGator and the terms may be changed or revoked at the sole discretion of LiftGator.
Returned Checks
A charge of $25.00 will be assessed for all returned checks. The customer will be placed on pre-payment status thereafter. Customer privileges may be restored at the sole discretion of LiftGator.
Minimum Order Quantity
A minimum order quantity of three (3) units is required for discounted pricing.
Freight
Freight is arranged by customer or billed to customer. One unit ships in a single crate. Two units ship crated together.
Freight Damage, Errors, or Shortages
All shipments are made F.O.B. Watertown, SD. LiftGator is not responsible for damage caused in transit. It is the responsibility of the recipient to file claims with the freight company directly. If errors or shortage are detected, LiftGator must be notified in writing within three (3) days from date of receipt.

No Fault Found Fee
A diagnostic fee of $55 per item may be assessed for any products returned in error or products which are determined to be in good working order.
Disputes
All claims or disputes must be settled in South Dakota, according to South Dakota law. In the event of any litigation arising out of this agreement, LiftGator shall be entitled to its costs and expenses incurred including, without limitation, attorney’s fees.

Changes to Terms
These Terms may be changed without notice. You expressly waive any right to receive notice of any changes to these Terms. Any use of this Site following the date on which changes to these Terms or the Privacy Policy are published shall constitute your acceptance of all such changes. You should review these Terms often to determine whether any changes have been made.
